HauteBoxed.com offers a selection of beautifully designed boxes in a variety of patterns and styles.  Our boxes compliment your events with an extra touch of colors and textures to spark interests for what’s beautifully boxed inside.  Beautiful enough to stand alone or make it entirely your own with personal touches. We encourage you to think outside the box when it comes to planning on what goes into one of your Haute Boxes.   

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45!

We know how hard it is to patiently wait for your order to arrive and we do everything we can to make the process Fast and Easy.  Most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays)  will ship within 24-48 hours  as long as the item is in stock and placed before 2:00 p.m. PST.  Orders over $45.00 qualify for Free Standard shipping to U.S. addresses only.  If you need your order sooner, please choose rush shipping as standard shipping can take approximately 5-10 business days.   A signature may be required for some deliveries as we provide both UPS and USPS shipping service (Orders above $250).

Processing & Shipping

• All "In-Stock" items will be shipped with in 1-4 business days from the time your order is placed or payment is received excluding weekends and holidays. Standard or Rush shipping service will still have the same handling time of 1-4 business days.

• Our preferred carrier for shipping within the United States is the United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com) and United Parcel Service (www.UPS.com).

• Insurance is Available Upon Request - Shipping Insurance is an option a buyer should consider when paying as the seller is Not Responsible for Lost or Damaged Packages due to the shipping carrier.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will receive Standard Shipping Service:

• Standard Shipping Service Delivery time of 5-10 business days for the 48 states.

• Standard Shipping Service Delivery time of 1-4 weeks for AK, HI, GUAM, &PR.

• Free Standard Shipping applies to U.S. Addresses only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. 

• Free Shipping applies to value of merchandise only, excluding tax & shipping.

• Please note that promotion codes cannot be used with the Free Standard Shipping Promotion otherwise stated.  

Orders under $45.00 will be charge one flat shipping fee:

• $6.50 for Standard Shipping service delivered within 5-10 business days.

• $13.50 for Rush Shipping service delivered within 2-5 business days.

Request of Expedited Service:

• Expedited Shipping Service - Promise to be delivered with in 1-2 business days. Please notate "Request of Expedited Shipping Service" in our Additional Comment Box during Checkout. Please remember that HauteBoxed will charge an additional fee once a final cost is determined.

  
  

International Buyer Shipping & Handling 

Even though we cannot provide our international buyers with free shipping, we will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. 

International buyers please remember that HauteBoxed is not responsible for your country's customs/taxes and import regulation. Once a package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance process. Your package will then be delivered by the partnering local Post Office. Before placing your order, please remember to check with your local customs office for details about your county’s customs/taxes for the item you would like to purchase.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from HauteBoxed, you are responsible for the original shipping cost to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our facility. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Guest Checkout

Please note that orders placed with a Guest account will only be shipped to the billing address provided.  Any subsequent orders placed under the same guest account may be fullfilled to an alternate address at the discression of Hauteboxed.com.   

Payment

Hauteboxed.com accepts Visa, Mastercards, and PayPal (PayPal accepts American Express and Discover), as acceptable forms of payment. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused product in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Simply follow the guideline below.

Return Your Purchase

RMA FORM

• Please download and complete Hauteboxed.com’s RMA Form. Any products returned without requesting an approval will not be eligible for a refund.
• Securely and carefully package the product(s) you wish to return or exchange as we will have to bill you for any missing or damaged materials/components.
• Remember to include your information or our packing slip in your return package.
• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
• A refund will be issued within 2-5 business days once we have received and inspected your return. If upon inspection, your item is received defective or not in line with your RMA statement, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Returning this item to you will be at the customer’s expense.
• Shipping & Handling fee is Not Refundable as these are paid out to the shipping carrier.
• If you have received Free Shipping from HauteBoxed.com, your exchange is subject to an additional shipping and handling fee.  

Exchanges

RMA FORM

• Please download and complete Hauteboxed.com’s RMA  form.

• Please note that only items in NEW Condition qualify for returns and exchanges.

• All exchanges will be processed within 24-48 hours once we have received the package from the shipping carrier.  We encourage returns be shipped with a tracking number to ensure it’s arrival to our facility.

• Return Shipping fee and new shipping fee will be customers’ expense.

Privacy Policy

 
We at Hauteboxed.com’s fully respect each member's right to privacy. It is our duty to provide each member with an enjoyable website experience that does not compromise the safety and integrity of our member's personal information.

Information collected at checkout or registration will be used solely to expedite order processing and to maintain a convenient and satisfactory member experience. The information we collect will never be sold, distributed, or rented in any way. Hauteboxed.com does retain the right to release information when a) law commands us to, b) the safety of Hauteboxed.com and our member's are compromised. With the exception of requested newsletters or product notifications, Hauteboxed.com will send e-mails only at registration or to alert a customer to order status change. If e-mails or newsletters are sent erroneously by us, please contact us at info@Hauteboxed.com to be removed immediately from our mailing list.

Payment information inputted at checkout will be processed through a highly encrypted secure server. For customer safety, credit card information will never be stored on our site and will be collected once at checkout.
